Four years into the five-year strategy, the HCS team has been successfully delivering on their strategic goals. The organization has increased its annual program reach by 50%, met its goal of experience quality while increasing the number of visitor reviews by almost 300%, and outperformed its goal of young people connected with the organization by seven fold.
