Now or Never, the One Nova Scotia Commission report, has made it clear that we have to change the way we work to see different results – and that’s where Nova Scotia’s tourism strategy is focused.


Plum Group has been a strategic partner to Tourism Nova Scotia as it collaborates with industry to align the tourism strategy with the Commission’s recommendation to increase revenues to $4 billion by 2024. Plum has worked with management, staff and the board, providing strategy development, annual planning, stakeholder engagement and communications support, as they successfully negotiate significant change to meet their strategic goals. 


Throughout this evolution, we have been privileged to work alongside the amazing people in Tourism, helping them work toward their objectives and achieve significant results. Over the past few years, tourism in the province has been on the rise; as of 2016, revenues were estimated at $2.6 billion.
